Types of classes
Our priority is to take care of your well-being and motivation. That is why our offer includes both group classes and personalized, tailored individual classes (from 1 to 2 people). Additionally, if you feel like training with friends, we will be happy to organize a dedicated group for you.
Group classes

Training duration: 55 minutes
Our classes are open to all ages ( 18+ ) and skill levels.
During the session, our trainers actively participate in the exercises with the group, precisely describing the exercise being performed and providing support by correcting positions and deepening stretching.
Regardless of your level of advancement (!), our modification suggestions are tailored to your individual capabilities, ensuring effective and safe training.
Individual classes
Number of people in the class: 1 or 2 people
Training duration: 55 minutes
Individual classes are not only a training tailored to your needs, but also the full commitment of a trainer who cares about achieving optimal results. Thanks to a friendly and motivating atmosphere, we will provide you with full comfort during training.
Whether you prefer solo or couple classes, we will adapt to your schedule.

Stretchingirl Studio is a team of talented and energetic young professionals with extensive experience in sports and training.

Marcelina
her sports adventure began at the age of six, when she was fascinated by ballet and began studying at a ballet school. From a young age, she gained stage experience, performing with a dance group. Today, as an instructor, she introduces a friendly atmosphere to classes and takes care of the development of mobility and movement techniques of her students. Marcelina passionately leads exercises that improve the flexibility of the spine and deep bends, teaching movement awareness and fluidity in each exercise.
Specialty: mobility, flexibility of the spine

Ola
certified stretching and pole dance instructor, always involved in sports. Thanks to her passion for learning, exceptional patience and positive energy, she inspires people to take care of their fitness and strength. During classes, she will take care not only of the flexibility and condition of her students, but also help them discover the subtlety and artistry of movement and the joy of their own bodies.

Alicia
a professional dancer with seventeen years of experience and a student of Choreography at the Academy of Music in Łódź. A graduate of the "Fouetté" school in Poznań, she has performed on the stages of the Grand Theatre in Poznań and the National Opera. During classes, she emphasizes a conscious approach to the body, the development of motor skills and fluidity of movement, helping students discover their individual potential.

Marika
a professional dancer and soloist of the Grand Theatre in Poznań, as well as a Mat Pilates instructor with a passion for working on the body in a safe and conscious way. Marika believes that Pilates is not only about strengthening muscles, but also about learning correct movement patterns that support everyday health. In her classes, special emphasis is placed on control and precision of movements and strengthening the core - a strong core is a foundation for her, which affects the efficiency and well-being of the entire body.

He listens to every question with empathy and helps with the organization of training sessions with commitment, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes you want to come back more often.
