Yoga and Pilates instructor with many years of experience. She completed courses in Vinyasa Yoga, Rocket Yoga, Chaitanya, and Aerial Yoga, and is currently a BASI Pilates student.
She gained her first mat experience over 10 years ago, training in different parts of the world.
Additional fitness and mobility education allows her to combine mindfulness with functional, safe movement.

She completed numerous YACEP trainings, including restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and Meditation Teacher Training.

HOW TO FIND US

Access is available with a virtual card, which is activated upon entry to the facility.
Instructions on how to use the virtual card are sent via email after purchasing one of the selected passes or memberships.
PARKING
The Metropolitan building, where our gym is located, offers a 24-hour underground parking garage with approximately 430 spaces.
Price: 16 PLN per hour
When entering the parking, you must take a ticket, which can be paid at the automated machine located in Building 1 on level -1.
Payment can be made by card or cash.
Additionally, the ticket can be paid at the exit barrier, but only by card.
