Over the years, he has developed his skills in areas such as Functional Range Conditioning, CrossFit, Animal Flow, SFG1 Kettlebell, and MMA. His approach to training goes beyond the usual frameworks—he treats movement as an art form, giving it unique shapes and meaning.

 

Damian combines precise planning based on sets and reps with a goal of revealing the beauty of movement itself. His mission is to inspire conscious, harmonious personal development.

Access is available with a virtual card, which is activated upon entry to the facility.

Instructions on how to use the virtual card are sent via email after purchasing one of the selected passes or memberships.

PARKING

The Metropolitan building, where our gym is located, offers a 24-hour underground parking garage with approximately 430 spaces.

Price: 12 PLN per hour
 

When entering the parking, you must take a ticket, which can be paid at the automated machine located in Building 1 on level -1

Payment can be made by card or cash.

Additionally, the ticket can be paid at the exit barrier, but only by card.
