Damian is a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education, a posture correction specialist, and an experienced personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Over the years, he has developed his skills in areas such as Functional Range Conditioning, CrossFit, Animal Flow, SFG1 Kettlebell, and MMA. His approach to training goes beyond the usual frameworks—he treats movement as an art form, giving it unique shapes and meaning.

This is a Full Body Workout that combines body weight exercises and multi-joint movements with weights, harmoniously strengthening the muscles. The training is led by Damian – a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education, a specialist in posture correction and an experienced trainer.

In our space, we take care of every aspect of your health and well-being. That’s why we offer the services of our qualified rehabilitation trainer and massage therapist, Stepan. With years of experience working with clients, Stepan helps you regain full functionality after injuries and improve overall physical condition. His massages focus on restoring muscle function, alleviating pain, and supporting the recovery process. Regular massage sessions will leave you feeling relieved, relaxed, and ready to return to your best form.

Access is available with a virtual card, which is activated upon entry to the facility.
Instructions on how to use the virtual card are sent via email after purchasing one of the selected passes or memberships.
PARKING
The Metropolitan building, where our gym is located, offers a 24-hour underground parking garage with approximately 430 spaces.
Price: 12 PLN per hour
When entering the parking, you must take a ticket, which can be paid at the automated machine located in Building 1 on level -1.
Payment can be made by card or cash.
Additionally, the ticket can be paid at the exit barrier, but only by card.
