FULL BODY WORKOUT

Full Body Workout classes include carefully selected exercises that shape and strengthen the

muscles of the entire body. The training includes cardio exercises of varying intensity to help reduce

body fat, as well as strength exercises using weighted equipment to help sculpt the body. During the workout additional equipment such as resistance bands, straps, steps, balls and dumbbells is used.

The result is overall strengthening and a leaner body.

HIIT Training

This is an intense class based on interval work in the Tabata style. After the intense main part of the

workout, the session ends with a gentle cool-down through stretching and a short relaxation phase.

These classes will strengthen your body, improve your fitness and endurance, and calorie burning will

continue even after the workout is finished.

Pilates

Mat Pilates classes are a dynamic workout focused on strengthening deep muscles, improving

posture and increasing body flexibility. Exercises are mainly performed on a mat using breath, control

and precision of movement. Through a series of smooth, controlled movements, Pilates develops

strength, balance and coordination while reducing muscle tension and improving overall well-being.

This form of training is adapted to different levels of ability, making it suitable for both beginners and

advanced participants.

POWER PILATES

Power Pilates is a workout focused on deep muscle engagement, with strong activation of the core

and intensive work of the pelvic area. The entire body is involved during the session, and thanks to

the “power” format the workout is more demanding while still remaining accessible for all fitness

levels.

Stretch & Mobility

Stretching is a workout focused on increasing the flexibility of the entire body, improving range of

motion and reducing pain. In this field there are no better experts than the girls from Stretchingirl

Studio. Our coaching team, with extensive experience in professional sports, will help you push

Full Body Stretching

Yoga Yin

Yoga sessions focus primarily on mindfulness and awareness of the body. Classes are based on the

Vinyasa technique, where breath is synchronized with movement, creating a rhythmic and

harmonious flow on the mat. Each session is a mix of sequences designed to provide an interesting

challenge and inspiration for both beginners and experienced yogis.

Jogalates

Jogalates is a combination of calming yoga and the precision and dynamics of Pilates. Both

disciplines aim to improve overall body fitness and restore balance to the mind. Combining traditional

yoga with classic exercises from Joseph Pilates’ repertoire creates the perfect session that holistically

influences the body, mind and spirit.

BODY WORKOUT

BODY POWER WORKOUT is an endurance and strength training class. It helps strengthen the body

while improving overall fitness and endurance. The workout includes exercises using your own body

weight as well as additional equipment such as steps, dumbbells and kettlebells. During the session

you can expect elements of running, squats, push-ups, jumps and strengthening exercises.

Dynamic HIIT

An intense cardio class based on multi-joint exercises using your own body weight. The training

combines dynamic jumps, fast movement sequences and high-intensity intervals. We raise the heart

rate, improve endurance and strengthen the entire body in one cohesive sequence. It’s an energetic

form of training for people who enjoy tempo, variety and full engagement from the first to the last

minute.

MIS FIT

Misfit is a workout for people who want something more than simply repeating routine movements and

tracking the number of calories burned.

MISFIT is a well-structured training program where you

perform repeated movements over several weeks, allowing you to measure and track your progress.

Each session is a Full Body Workout with priority given to a selected muscle group, helping you

develop your body in a balanced and harmonious way.

The program includes both bodyweight

exercises and multi-joint movements with external weights that engage many muscles at once and build real strength.

Weights Training

A comprehensive strength workout engaging the entire body using

additional equipment such as

dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, barbells, balls and weight plates.  The training has a circuit format - we work at planned stations, combining exercises into sequences that maintain tempo and allow maximum use of class time.

The classes focus on controlled movement, precise technique and

gradually building strength and stability. It is conscious muscle work where the quality of execution is just as important as intensity.

The combination of power, endurance and control effectively shapes the

body, strengthens all muscle groups and builds a solid foundation

for any other type of physical activity.
